Stantec Consulting Ltd: One of Canada’s largest engineering firms engaged to carry out all engineering and related work for project development.

The Planning Partnership (Toronto) + IBI Group (Calgary): Award-winning Canadian design firms provided input on the Concept Plan and Lotting Plan.

Ground Engineering Ltd (Regina): Completed a geotechnical study of soil conditions throughout the Clear Vistas Community lands.

Harding, Boss & McLeod Surveys Ltd (Regina): Prepared the plan of the Proposed Subdivision for Phase 1. 

The Urban Planning Departments of Waterloo, McGill, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ryerson Universities: Individuals at these universities participated in a national design competition to help create the Clear Vistas Community Plan, judged by panel including the President of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
