CLEAR VISTAS DESIGN Project design will remain flexible in order to adapt to market conditions, stages of land annexation and suggestions and requirements from municipal authorities. Design Contest Clear Vistas held a design competition in which students from five universities across Canada submitted proposals that were beyond expectation, and in fact, the two finalists were not only equal to the task, but equal in their presentations; two teams tied for 1st place.
