Clear Vistas is recognized by the province and municipalities as a catalyst and the dominant driver of population growth expected in this booming area of Saskatchewan. The official Long Term Community Plan of White City is directly attributable to the Clear Vistas land assembly. The community is destined to become a preferred destination enjoying many lifestyle advantages thanks to a carefully developed overall master design.
The two eastern quarter sections of Clear Vistas, or roughly 300 acres, have been formally annexed into White City and rezoning of these lands as “Future Urban Development” is now complete
Thanks to a robust provincial economy the local housing market has been experiencing significant year-over-year growth. Clear Vistas is exceptionally well positioned to offer 100-150 new building lots per year to meet current and future demand over the next 15 years. A number of established and successful builders will be selected to showcase their best building practices and innovative designs in an effort to meet the discriminating demands of the upscale buyers steadily moving into this area.
Clear Vistas has established a strong working relationship with Enterprise Saskatchewan, and the provincial government’s Economic Policy & Growth Committee has designated Clear Vistas as a priority project. Work is well underway to obtain all approvals from the relevant provincial ministries and agencies, these already having been exhaustively discussed with the appropriate officials.
The local community is anxiously awaiting Clear Vistas to provide desirable amenities and planned efficiencies. Ample water resources are available for development in the White City region to support all of Clear Vistas’ planned growth, and wastewater treatment is on track to deliver adequate capacity for the initial phases of Clear Vistas by Autumn 2012.
