Project Management

Ken Lagasse is President of Clear Vistas Management Corporation, the project’s General Partner and Master Developer. Ken is a successful professional with over 35 years of experience in tax, business, and advisory services provided to an array of clients across Canada. Since 1986, Ken has been involved as principal in the purchase and resale of 1,200 residential homes in 12 different projects in Ontario, Alberta and Quebec; assisted large real estate developers to finance and sell their projects; acted as consultant for many clients’ commercial and residential start-ups and disposals; actively managed six rental properties and held executive positions for seven condominiums.   

Michael Katz (M.Sc. Economics – McGill): is the project manager for Clear Vistas Community, with over 25 years experience in senior regulatory practice at the federal, provincial and industry levels, as well as in entrepreneurial private sector management. Leading project development by: first, negotiating approvals with municipal and provincial administrative and elected officials, including obtaining Cabinet level support; second, planning and design of Clear Vistas, including lots, roads and green networks and parks, to maximize value to investors and to establish a strong sense of community and place for homebuyers; third, creating substantial added value for the development with innovative initiatives involving telecommunications, sustainable systems and community programming; fourth, collaboration and communication with the local community and the Regina public to generate involvement and support and to drive brand awareness and prestige; fifth, managing relations with builders, suppliers and professional service providers to deliver cost-effective timely solutions.
