Clear Vistas Management Corporation (the “General Partner” of the Partnership), Clear Vistas Capital Corporation, CVLP and Pacific Shores Financial Corporation (the Administration agent of the Partnership) respect the privacy of our investors. To that end, it is our collective mandate to follow the privacy guidelines established under the Federal legislation “Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ” (PIPEDA) and parallel legislation in British Columbia .

Upon a request for the Offering documents, we will collect and hold your personal information. All personal information shall not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected. We do not, under any circumstances, disclose personal information to any third parties.
