Our goal is to provide investors with an opportunity to participate in a real estate development project with the potential of sustained superior returns over a projected 10 to 15 year development cycle.

The Investment Process

All investors should consult with their professional tax and/or financial advisor before making an investment decision. If you feel the project suits your investment needs, complete and submit an Offering Memorandum Request form. Once we have received the request, we will make contact and send you an electronic copy of the Offering Memorandum and related subscription agreements. Make sure you understand the Offering Memorandum fully. To participate, complete the “Know Your Client” form included with the subscription agreements. An instruction sheet is provided to guide you through the process. Once all of the required forms are signed and initialed, send the completed package to us. Let us assist you with any forms or documents needed, especially regarding the use of registered funds.

As our Investor

Once your subscription agreement is accepted, an introduction letter will be sent welcoming you to the Clear Vistas Development Corporation. The letter will also contain your investment account number, as well as a password to access the secured web site detailing all progress, updates, and new images of the project. All material changes will be summarized in reports and sent to all investors. On line access of your statement of account will be provided.
