Clear Vistas Community #1 Limited Partnership (“Clear Vistas L.P.”) is a British Columbia Limited Partnership that has acquired 659 acres (with another 71 acres pending in 2011) of agricultural land surrounding the adjacent Saskatchewan communities of White City and Emerald Park, located 10 kilometres east of Regina.

The Project

In collaboration with the existing communities, Clear Vistas L.P. intends to develop its land acquisition into a planned eco-friendly residential community with a potential of 2550 residences over a staged 10-15 year development period.

Important Notice: Effective July 15, 2010, the Offering Memorandums  for the Clear Vistas Community #1 Limited Partnership and Clear Vistas Capital Corporation are out of date until a material change report is prepared regarding the annexation of part of the Clear Vistas lands by White City and new development plans, legal matters, financial updates and zoning. The Offering Memorandums previously issued will be replaced.
