Clear Vistas is a new master planned upscale residential community to be built in White City, an affluent and sought-after suburb just 10 km. east of booming Regina, Saskatchewan.

This forward-looking, sustainable project reflects the vision of its developer and strategic partners, community input, plus the collective efforts of the Urban Planning Departments of five leading Canadian Universities through a formal national design competition held in 2008.  

Situated on approximately 267 hectares (659 acres), Clear Vistas is a large-scale multi-phase project comprising a comprehensive plan designed to provide serviced building lots for 1894 single-family homes. Residents will enjoy a livable community featuring a multitude of amenities including parks, green spaces, walking trails, and a vibrant and sophisticated town centre. 

With convenient access to the Trans-Canada Highway, Clear Vistas will eventually be home to an estimated 8,000 to 10,000 residents, accommodating up to fifty per cent of the anticipated growth in this area in the coming years.

Clear Vistas is the largest planned residential community in the province, and currently the eighth largest project listed as a contributor to the provincial economy by Enterprise Saskatchewan. (www.enterprisesaskatchewan.ca)
